Referral Program Terms

• You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident.
• You must have an active AutoPath account in good standing.
• You may not refer yourself, members of your household, or anyone you do not personally know.
• Employees and immediate family of Murgado Ford & Lincoln of Chicago are not eligible to receive cash rewards (internal recognition only).

• The referee is new to Murgado Ford & Lincoln of Chicago.
• The referee is submitted via the AutoPath platform before their first contact.
• The referee completes a verified vehicle delivery (new or pre-owned) with our team.

Rewards are paid within 14 business days of verified vehicle delivery and full funding by the lender. Payouts are made by check, ACH, or digital transfer at our discretion.

AutoPath reserves the right to investigate, withhold, or reverse rewards in cases of suspected fraud, including duplicate submissions, fictitious referees, collusion, or misuse of customer contact information.

The program is offered only where permitted by state law. Some states restrict cash incentives for automotive referrals; in those states the equivalent value may be provided as a non-cash gift or service credit.

If you receive $600 or more in referral rewards in a calendar year, you will be issued an IRS Form 1099-MISC and must provide a completed W-9. It is your responsibility to report referral income to taxing authorities.

AutoPath may modify or end the program at any time. Pending qualified referrals will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of submission.
