AutoPath is an automotive concierge platform that helps you track vehicle ownership, monitor potential equity opportunities, store vehicle documents, and connect with our team at Murgado Ford & Lincoln of Chicago.

All vehicle values, equity estimates, and market analyses displayed in AutoPath are estimates only, derived from public market data and AutoPath's own modeling. They are not appraisals, do not constitute an offer to purchase, and are subject to inspection, market conditions, vehicle condition, and verification.

AutoPath is not a lender or financial institution. All financing approvals, credit decisions, APRs, and terms are determined by third-party lenders and Murgado Ford & Lincoln of Chicago, subject to credit approval and required documentation.

Participation in the AutoPath referral program is subject to the Referral Program Terms, including eligibility, payout schedule, fraud-prevention rules, and tax reporting requirements.

• No fraudulent referrals, fake VINs, or impersonation
• No attempts to access another user's account or data
• No automated scraping or load testing without written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse referral programs, or pose a security risk. You may close your account at any time from the Account Security center.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoPath, Joshua Keith, and Murgado Ford & Lincoln of Chicago are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
